In the game, you step into the shoes of the indomitable hitman The Hammer. Your mission: rid the city of Los Santos of its criminal scum. With 30 missions to conquer, The Hammer's got his work cut out for him. You'll need to eliminate or take out a specific number of targets, the count clearly displayed on the left side of the screen and the minimap.
The game unfolds from a third-person viewpoint, putting you in control of The Hammer's every move. The game mechanics are smooth, responsive aiming and running controls at your fingertips. The Arsenal? A standard gun, but don't be shy about picking up other weapons or even grenades. And if you fancy a change of pace, hop into vehicles like cars or tanks, or even man turrets for a heavy dose of firepower.
But wait, there's more! The Hammer boasts a special power – Hammer Time. When activated, time slows down, giving you the chance to grab some handy gadgets or upgrade your arsenal.
And there's the ultimate prize – rake in as much cash as possible and claim your throne as the most influential figure in all of Los Santos.
How to play
The game has four levels of difficulty: * Easy: standard money reward and damage; * Medium: damage increases 5 times, money — 3 times; * Hard: damage up 10 times, money up 10; * Impossible: damage rises 30 times, and the money — 20. Controls: * Aim and move with your mouse; * Move your character using the arrow keys or WASD; * Jump using space or J; * Fire using the left mouse button or Z; * Throw a grenade with the right mouse button or X; * Use Hammer Time with Left Shift or C; * Switch weapons with Q or E, or use mouse wheel; * Enter a vehicle using E or Enter; * Pause the game with Esc or P; * Mute audio toggle with M.
