About game

The main distinction is that moves and captures with checkers are made both horizontally and vertically, in contrast to the diagonal moves seen in most checker variations. This difference affects the initial setup of the game. On a standard 64-cell board, players position their 16 pieces on the second and third rows. You have multiple ways to engage with the game: you can play against an AI, challenge a friend on the same device, or participate in online multiplayer. Additionally, you can watch other players in action, join as a spectator, or offer your input by proposing the next move on the virtual board.

How to play

The first move is made by the player with the white pieces. A regular piece can move one square forward, backward, left or right. A queen can move any number of empty squares in any direction: forward, backward, right or left. If a player has the opportunity to capture an opponent's piece, he must do so. A simple piece captures an opponent's checker standing in front, to the right or to the left of it. A powerful piece captures the opponent's checkers that stand in front of it, behind it and to the sides if the next square after the captured piece is empty. Captured pieces are removed one by one during the battle. When a regular piece reaches the eighth horizontal, it becomes a queen at the end of the move. The winner is the one who destroys all of the opponent's pieces, or deprives them of the ability to move or the one who has several regular pieces against a single regular piece of the opponent.
