Bonfire Against Darkness: Forest Survival is a game where you need to survive in a 3D world and defend your base.
By day, you collect resources like wood and stone, make tools, weapons and defenses. Your key task is to prepare for the night to protect the campfire. As soon as night comes, creatures emerge from the forest, attacking you, damaging your defenses and trying to extinguish the fire.
Construct barriers, set traps, utilize scarecrows, enhance your campfire and endure progressively perilous nights. After every attempt, you gain sparks — a permanent currency for upgrades. Increase your mining speed, movement speed, campfire durability and other bonuses to strengthen your position for the next attempt.
Will you be able to hold out until dawn and survive as many nights as possible?
How to play
In the daytime, collect resources like wood, stone, and sticks. These materials will help you create tools, weapons, and defenses.
The key objective is to safeguard the campfire. Losing the campfire means the end of the run. Monsters emerge from the forest at night, aiming to attack you, breach your defenses, and extinguish the fire.
Get ready before darkness falls: forge a sword, shape an axe, erect barricades, set traps, or use a scarecrow. Stay close to the campfire to keep warm and protect it until sunrise.
Each night you survive earns you sparks. Use them to enhance your abilities permanently: boost mining speed, increase movement speed, strengthen the campfire, and unlock other bonuses to improve your performance in future runs.
Controls on PC: use WASD to move, the mouse to look around, the left mouse button to mine or attack, the right mouse button or E to interact, F to repair the campfire, U to upgrade it, and the Craft button to access recipes.
