In City Builder — Mayor of the Megacity, you begin with a barren island and turn it into a bustling metropolis as the city's leader. You'll make all the decisions: from laying roads to developing districts.
Create the road network — corners and intersections will align automatically. Designate areas for housing, commerce, and industry, and see how the districts flourish based on the needs of the residents. Keep the balance between happiness, employment, and budget. Purchase adjacent territories to extend the boundaries of your city.
Consider the following:
* Taxes: increasing the rates will boost income, but may reduce happiness.
* Infrastructure: insufficient roads can lead to residents' dissatisfaction.
* Loans: borrow money for rapid growth and repay in installments.
* Services: schools, hospitals, police and fire stations contribute to higher happiness levels.
* Events: festivals, grants, crises, and weather conditions like rain and thunderstorms will affect your city.
Guide your city through the ranks — from a village to a capital — and accomplish 16 goals to receive rewards. Progress is saved automatically.

Objective: develop your city from a small village into a capital while completing 16 missions.
Main actions:
* Start by laying roads — buildings will only appear next to them.
* Construct residential areas, then retail and industrial zones.
* Keep an eye on RCI demand, citizen happiness, and your budget.
* Build services and purchase new districts.
* Adjust taxes and take out loans if you need an economic boost.
Advice:
* Don't build everything at once — maintenance costs increase with building levels and can deplete your treasury.
* Add roads alongside houses to avoid traffic jams, which reduce happiness.
* You need schools, hospitals, and police stations working together — one service isn't enough.
Progress: as your population grows, your city earns ranks, unlocking new specialized districts and allowing you to build up reserves for crises and fires. Progress is saved automatically.
