Dungeon Master is an uncomplicated pixel RPG where the entire world is displayed on a single screen: your character, their equipment, and the labyrinthine dungeons. Craft your hero and venture deeper, floor by floor. Each triumph yields experience, gold, and loot, with each subsequent level posing a greater threat.
Combat is straightforward: the hero automatically attacks while you make crucial decisions — when to use a skill, consume a potion, raise your shield, or retreat. Success is planned in advance: with 12 equipment slots, five attributes to enhance, and items of varying rarity — from ordinary grey to exceptional gold — you can tailor your loadout to your preferred playstyle and battle your way to the boss.
Adventuring in dungeons isn't the only option. The town offers a gear shop, a tavern with bonuses and accommodation, a bank with loans, and real estate for passive income. Injuries won't heal on their own; only rest and potions can help. With only two runs possible per day, manage your time and gold carefully.
How to play
Choose a character and a dungeon to start the adventure.
In combat, your hero will act automatically: attacking, using skills, potions, defending, or retreating.
Win battles to get gold, experience, and loot — the deeper you go, the better the rewards.
Equip the best items in 12 slots, easily transferring them from your inventory.
Allocate points to increase Strength, Agility, Vitality, Luck, or Wisdom.
Health doesn't recover on its own — use potions or spend the night in the tavern to heal.
You can explore dungeons twice a day; a night's rest marks a new day and brings income from your possessions.
Defeat isn't final — you keep your gear and experience, so gather resources and return stronger.
