Perry, a young entrepreneur, comes to town to finalize a profitable deal. He books a penthouse at the city's finest hotel, relieved that the conflict with the Confederacy is coming to an end. But his plans are abruptly disrupted.
The defeated Confederates carry out a frantic biological attack, catching everyone off guard. They launch hundreds of missiles, plunging the world into turmoil. The planet is enveloped in a poisonous mist.
Perry's luxurious suite transforms into a trap, and his neighbours are already gathering outside his door, eager for their next meal — with him as the main course. Now his only goal is to survive, making his way down through the hotel, avoiding monsters hiding in the shadows of stairwells and abandoned rooms. He must search every nook and cranny, hoping to find provisions to last another day.
